Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement between The Solvya and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will govern.

3. No Guaranteed Results

As stated in our Disclaimer, SEO, GEO, and AEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party algorithm changes, competitor behavior, and platform policies (Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, and others). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, AI citation frequency, or revenue outcomes. Performance figures and case studies shown on the Site reflect actual results for specific clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for other businesses.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees for Services are as agreed in the applicable proposal or invoice.
• Payments are due according to the schedule specified in the client agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver Services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to relevant platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, website admin/CMS access, analytics tools) as needed
• Provide accurate business information required for audits, strategy, and content work
• Review and approve deliverables (e.g., content, audits, strategy documents) within a reasonable timeframe
• Avoid making conflicting changes to the website or content without coordinating with us during an active engagement, where such changes could affect agreed deliverables

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, and design) is the property of The Solvya unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement (e.g., audits, content, strategy documents) become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Solvya retains the right to reference completed work (including anonymized performance data) for portfolio and case study purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client data, business information, and platform access with confidentiality. Client identities and sensitive data used in case studies or testimonials on this Site are anonymized unless the client has explicitly consented to disclosure.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the applicable client agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Solvya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, including loss of profits, traffic, rankings, or business opportunities.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Shopify, AI search engines). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policy changes of these third-party platforms, which are outside our control.

11. Governing Law
